Let me be clear, in the context of this sticker, "fight" refers to legal methods of fighting against policies you don't believe are constitutional or beneficial. Dare to fight ICE in court or via protest or through voting doesn't have the same ring. But, let's dig deeper shall we? 

On its face (prima facie, if you will), “D.A.R.E. to fight ICE” is not a direct incitement to violence. Nor should it be on any face, facet, planet.

Legally, under U.S. First Amendment standards:

• Incitement is only unprotected speech if it’s meant to produce imminent lawless action and is likely to produce it (Brandenburg v. Ohio, 1969).

• A general political slogan - even one using the word fight - is considered protected speech. Courts recognize “fight” can mean resist, oppose, or protest, not necessarily physical violence.

That’s why similar slogans (“fight for your rights,” “fight oppression,”) are commonplace and protected. So what is the point of this sticker? It’s to show that other's also believe ICE is overstepping the law in ways that violate core constitutional rights Americans hold dear, not necessarily the rights people have on the Azimuth moon installation.
